Hello SAP community,
We are building up Solution Manager ChaRM (Change Request Management) for our managed system transport control. And we would like to add step for "code review" which need to own by responsible person other than "Change Document" requester or developer.
As I know, we can achieve this goal by enhancement like adding workflow steps in "status overview" assignment block to our existed "normal change/urgent change" process and create "new role for code reviewer" then write customizing ABAP codes to strictly limit user behavior to prevent any violation in CRM WebUI.
But we are wondering if there any way to achieve this purpose more fluently and instantly? Please feel free to give any guidance or suggestion, thanks in advance!
