Is there any property which can be set to get rid of the grey line of panel control?

Hi all,

Below is a demo list view, in which panel is used together with custom list item and, moreover, if the action is DefAction, an extra sub panel will be added.

However, as you can see from the red marked area, there are always two grey lines at the bottom. Therefore, I would like to remove the grey line from the sub panel. Though I checked API documentation, I didn't manage to find any property for this. Can anyone help me with that?
