Hi Experts,
I am not getting any help document on how knowledge article created in solman and how the status and authorization scope will be considered for making this document available to end users. Also is there any approval process associated with this to publish the document.
Please share any help document from SAP on knoweldge article process in solman 7.2/7.1

Knowledge Article is an ITSM transaction type which you can create as follow up from your incident or Problem tickets.
These transactions don't have any SLA but still has statuses & priority and these transactions once created can be published to all end users.

Recommendation : Ensure you check the copy control settings in SPRO, so that you can create KBA from ITSM tickets.
