Is There Any API That Could Retrieve Users in Particular BTP Subaccount ?

Hi Experts,

I am pretty new to the SAP BTP platform, and could anyone kindly share with me that is there any API that I could use to retrieve a list of users information (like username, email address, etc.,) in a particular BTP subaccount?
