Is there a way to make all fields expanded in a table within a story?

Hi,

is there a way to make all fields expanded in a table within a story by default?

I would like to change a dimension filter at the top and have everything expanded to maximum in a table below.

Hello Domas,

I assume you mean expanding a hierarchy.

Right now that can not be automated, but instead setting the drill level is a user interactivity

Hi Domas,

There are a couple of options

1) Set the Hierarchy as "Flat" in the Rows in the Table

2) Click on the Column and right click and choose the appropriate Drill Level

3) Using SAP Analytic Application this can be done with a drop down toggle for the user to select a Flat or default hierachy

it depends on the source, but yes, you can now append new rows for an import model using a query filter operator 'since last date run' (can't remember the exact wording sorry) . regards, H
