Could you please confirm whether SAP CALM is included free of charge under the company current contract?

 If it is available, could you also clarify the duration for which it can be used?

If possible, could you kindly provide a guide to facilitate the easier setup of SAP CALM?

Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share any comprehensive documents or guides covering SAP CALM from A to Z.

Dear Customer,

SAP Cloud ALM is part of SAP Enterprise Support. The usage rights are included in the SAP Cloud Service subscription and in SAP Enterprise Support. You can learn more about the usage rights of SAP Cloud ALM here.

The scope encompassed to SAP Enterprise Support is also valid for Product Support for Large Enterprises and our premium engagements SAP ActiveAttention, and SAP MaxAttention.
