Is Successfactors Stories in context of People Analytics always the "embedded SAC"

Hi all,

we are implementing SF and I try to make sense out (peace with) SAP's idea when it come to analytical and reporting stuff in the SF area.

I skimmed over this "Introducing SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics for Administrators" but am still a little unsure. Is my assumption right that

  1. People Analytics is a broader term, covering (nowadays) most everything that has anything to do with reporting and analytics in the SF area
  2. That "Stories" in the SF People Analytics realm mean that these are predefined stories always living on the embedded SAC that is shipped together with SF
  3. That such stories cannot be properly hosted on an (existing) separate corporate SAC instance
  4. That there are other ares, where the corporate SAC comes into play, such as
    • Workforce Analytics (separate License (on SAC?))
    • "free form" analytical scenarios (like any others) built on the SAC analytical frontend

Many thanks and kind regards

Jens
