According to PC World, "SQL Anywhere 17 is available" but it is unclear if the SAP Store link in the article points to V16 or V17, and no mention is made of the Developer Edition.

Is anyone knows how to upgrade the version17.0.14 to a higher version? Is there any available for free to download? Thanks
Updates can be obtained if you have active support. Otherwise, the install image for the Developer Edition is updated periodically. There is an effort to get these updated but no schedule has been confirmed.
