Is SAP Enable Now the best solution for SAP implementation partners?

Hello,

We, as SAP implementation partners are looking for an authoring solution to produce user guides, or small tutorials for our customers during the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud, or other SAP products.

It seems that Enable Now is a powerful solution, but more for the customer side. We want to produce small personalized contents, for several customers. 

Is SAP enable now the best tool to create such contents? does SAP have a "smaller" tool just to produce tutorials and short user guides? We've been using the classical tools, like Microsoft Word or Powerpoint.

Hi Nuno,

SAP does not have another solution for producing tutorials and user guides.  Enable Now is definitely capable of producing these types of resources.  There are actually two major components to the Enable Now solutions:

1. Production of digital learning content such as Simulations and eLearning courses.  This capability also allows you to generate user guides or to distribute the content electronically
2. In application delivery of the content.  In general, that means making the content available through SAP Companion in applications such as S/4HANA Public Cloud

The second of the Enable Now components will soon be superseded by the acquisition of WalkMe.  Enable Now customers can continue to use SAP Companion to deliver their content in application and at some point in the future these customers will be offered a migration path to WalkMe. 

WalkMe does not currently have a digital learning content solution - the functionality that you are asking about - however, a solution is currently under development.  Again, at some point in the future, SAP Enable Now customers will be offered a migration path to this solution.
