Hi community, we have a requirement to force the review of the content of Functions, Mitigating Controls, and Risks annually. The workflow should route the objects to the internal teams and they can specify that the functions, risks, etc., are still worded properly, need to be active, etc. We can use the standard workflow processes (SAP_GRAC_FUNC_APPR, SAP_GRAC_RISK_APPR, SAP GRAC_CONTROL_MAINT) to gather the approvals. However, these workflows only trigger when a new object is created or if an existing object is edited. Is there a way to start the workflows on demand without have to edit the objects?
