Is it possible to change the context path for sap.fe.macros.table programmatically?

I'm using ODatav4 in my business scenario and a mix of freestyle and Fiori Elements in UI. For one screen I'm using the building blocks table control (sap.fe.macros.table). I would like to add a static filter as I can do with a normal table (see here), which would require a new binding. Is that possible to change the binding or context of the building block table? Another option would be to add a predefined filter to the FilterBar and hide that filter from the user. But I didn't know if that is possible with sap.fe.macros.FilterBar. I know how to solve it with SmartTable but at the moment I don't want to mix oData v2 with v4 in my app.

Hi Muhammad,

I didn't find any clean solution for this problem. At the moment we are using the workaround to use a SmartTable with oData v2. So we are using v4 and v2 in the same app. It's not nice, but it works. I hope someone from the SAPUI5 team can help, like peter.muessig.
