Is it possible to call a fix URL from IW52 trasnaction (Adding a cutom button there)?

I want to add a custom button to IW51/IW52/IW53 and on click of this button a specific url should be called. For example Button "EFA-SmartAssist" in below snapshot I want to add.

What is behind the Button "EFA-SmartAssist", to call a Web service or to display an HTML page? Both questions have been already answered hundreds of times.

You don't understand, "call the URL" is completely unclear, it means two different things and two different solutions. If you don't understand please show the customer requirement or ask and revert back.

Does it matter what is behind the url? I have not get a clear idea about it yet from the customer.
