Is it possible to auto create ticket in jira using SAP Business one events. (vise versa )

I need to write a REST API from SAP to JIRA and JIRA to SAP. Im familiar with JIRA and i can create REST API on it. but this is the first time that i will use SAP. I just want to ask if this is possible and can i have a resources of the documentation of this.
