Hi experts, I have a quick question about DI, maybe you could help.

My scenario is the following.

SLT (ERP 6) --> DI --> DWC.

We couldn't find any flowgraph/operators to read from an ECC table and save/replicate the data into DWC.

Do you know if this is possible? Or do I have to send the data to a data lake file first?

Thanks

Hello Pablo,

Have you done all the steps described here?

https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_DATA_WAREHOUSE_CLOUD/9f804b8efa8043539289f42f372c4862/cfc1b487fc014c8a...

I also think this is quite a good overview page about the different prerequisites for the different source systems:

Hi Martin,

Thanks for your kindly reply.

We have completed all the connectivity steps from SLT to DI and from DI to DWC. We are able to read from SLT (using SLT Operator) and to write into SDL (DI Data Lake) using CSV format. We are able to read from that file and write into a table in DWC using Table Producer operator. But my question is regarding the ability to read from SLT and write into a table in DWC without going through a file in the middle. Is there a way to do that? Or should we go with a file in the middle always?

BR, Pablo
