Is ASE License going to be extended for SAP NW AS ABAP Developer Edition 7.52 (NPL)?

The current ASE license provided on the following download page is going to expire on March 31st, 2022.

Is there any extension planned for this ASE license? If so, where can it be found?

If not, what are the other options to run a local trial SAP system for ABAP learning purposes?

SAP has already extended the ASE license up till March 31st 2025.

Hi Robert, As you may have seen, we have now updated the license. It is valid until March 2025.

Hello @julieplummer20 , I wanted to ask whether you plan to extend the ASE License for SAP NW 752 NPL system as well? 

Current one expires March 31st 2025.

Or is there any other way to get such local trial NW system?

Just to clarify...

If we use 7.52 SP04 version now and not 7.50, ...

Does it mean we can't use 7.52 anymore, but have to install 7.50 from scratch?

Is that correct?

Hi Ladislav, No, thankfully! The license we uploaded is valid for ALL versions of ASE within the developer edition - that is, the same license works for 7.50, 7.52 SP04 (and even any other unsupported versions, e.g. 7.51). Sorry comments are not threading correctly

NPL - SAP NetWeaver 7.x (Sybase ASE)

This would be for ABAP part (NPL) not ASE.
