IRPA Set Element value in UI5 is not saved

Hi, I have an issue in my automation - I am uploading invoices to Fiori portal, screen is as follows:

By clicking upload in the upper part, it adds document. After or before that user is able to add note. When this is all done by user and finally clicked in below right corner to Save invoice, both invoice and note are saved. When I am doing this within automation, for some reason value of this element is set correctly but is not saved and this value stays in that field even when the invoice is acutally uploaded. I have tried many options like wait element, wait change element, wait for some seconds and so on. Nothing has helped. Do you have any idea what am I doing wrong? There is windows "Save as" dialog in between but I dont think it plays any role as I tried to add note before its open and after its open without any luck. Many thanks for your suggestions.

Hi @liskaj01 ,

Given that you are already using Mouse Click activity, I am assuming that this is an attended automation.

If so, you could explore the Keystroke Element activity. You can type in the text/note that you want to add, in one activity, and this should set the value in the element.

Hi @rohit_singhal. No, it will be unattended automation. But this keystroke hint was good note. After setting up this element with text I use keystroke (enter). It jumps to new line and after saving changes, note is also posted. Thank you.
