iRPA Cloud Studio - How to set/input values for rows in Se16n table selection via GUItablecontrol

I am trying to create a cloud studio project which opens tcode Se16N and input values in the required fields as selection and execute to extract the output in excel. I am unable to input the values using set element and it fails with error "Error on Action_Set". Have tried using recording and also screen capture but unable to input.

Can someone please suggest?

Here I am getting an error as "$.a_sAP.screens.s_generalTableDisplay.setCaretPosition is not a function" and if i remove teh activity set caret position, then i am getting an error as below:

Activities are under table display screen with target as element of type SAP GUItablecontrol. Expectation is to set values to specific rows and execute in Se16n. I am unable to use Scroll related activities as well as i am getting not successful.

Please assist.
