IRPA Cloud Studio API Timeout (12000ms) with activity Forever and Is Busy? (GUI session)

Hi All,

I'm trying to automate data extraction from a report in ECC6, but I am getting the below error. Please refer to the screenshot.

message code "irpa_core.error.Error"

message: "sAPLogon760.qRH1200SelectionControllerVi.isSAPGuiBusy: API Timeout (12000ms)"

Desktop agent has been updated to recent version 2.0.24.81.

Maximum duration for the automation was extended.

Forever and Is Busy? (GUI session) activity are used after clicking F8 (execute the report). API Timeout error sometimes occurs after waiting for 1 minutes, sometimes less than 2 minutes.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have got over a similar obstacle with Wait (Element) activity, set timeout = 180s.
