IRPA cannot capture Generic Object Services : Unable to upload invoice document in FV60

Hi SAP community,

Hope to get your kind attention on this problem I am facing. I can't capture the object box in IRPA and hence cannot complete automation of the invoice pdf upload process in FV60. Please kindly support. I think this is related to prev issue that is not resolved. (https://answers.sap.com/questions/13001195/irpa-and-generic-object-services.html). Thx!

Details are as followed:
1) Manual flow: press button (circled in red below), select create, select create attachment.

Problem statement: The button to create attachment is captured as split button, and I cannot just select the right most drop-down button in iRPA to proceed with clicking 'create' and clicking 'create attachment'.

2) If I press the left hand side button (circled in red below), this is the screen:

Problem statement: The park document message box comes out, but this screen cannot be captured in SAP GUI tool in IRPA for downstream automation in pdf upload.

Hope you can give me some advice on how to proceed. Thanks!!!!
