IRPA Agent error

Unable to execute any bot in desktop studio . The agent looks like below :

and when I try executing the bot directly from desktop studio , it is giving below error :

Using latest version of desktop studio and desktop agent. and the bots are available for the trail account still. Kindly help

This issue generally occurs in Trial account when

  1. The quota are already reached
  2. If you choose to renew your trial account, this issue is always raised.Product team is working to resolve this issue ASAP.

Temporary fix for the issue is to

  1. Archive all your projects to keep it on your local hard drive
  2. Delete your trial account from the cockpit
  3. Create a new one with the same email address
  4. After finishing the tenant configuration ,import your projects

Hi

Most often when you have the status "Awaiting for project assignment" you need to make sure that your agent is able to run the automation

check that :you added the user to the environment

the package and the trigger are enabled
