IRPA 2.0 - Error while getting list of running application screens (NO_RESPONSE)

I'm trying to create my first test project in Cloud Studio:

- I opened Google Chrome, logged onto the Cloud Factory and created a new project

- I created a new application

RESULT the select screen searches for a while, then gives this error:

Error while getting list of running application screens (NO_RESPONSE)

• The Desktop Agent could not be reached.
  • Please make sure your browser extension is activated and up to date. Message sent to the Studio Agent:

IMPORTANT: the IRPA Extension is active (color pink) in chrome, and the Desktop Agent is active

as a follow up: I updated the Chrome extension to the latest version, the color of the icon is now blue, but I encounter the same issue

Hi,

I get the same error, I installed the latest agent and Pink and blue addins are installed in my edge browser. It was working properly and now I am getting errors also in my project dependencies I do see only the Registered icon, but the SAP doc said I should see local and Registered, screenshot uploaded here

I have no idea how to resolve this? I tried all the older version but no response from the Agent. Kindly help me
