Dear all,
I've downloaded the zip archive IOTCHCP28_0-70002561.zip from SAP Software Center on my PC (OS Windows 64-bit) and executed all steps of the set up procedure for IoT Gateway Edge MQTT for Cloud Foundry environment (see https://help.sap.com/viewer/643f531cbf50462c8cc45139ba2dd051/Cloud/en-US/22d1379da55f4dd9ab49ac7900e...
but when I execute the batch gateway.bat the gateway is not installed.
In the batch LOG I see the following lines :
11feb 18:41:53,674 [ControlPlaneManager] WARN (QueueManager:218) - ControlPlaneManager - Exception raised while managing response: <html><body><h1>503 Service Unavailable</h1> No server is available to handle this request. </body></html>
Below the complete log.

Please let me know how to fix this issue.
Thank you.
Best regards.

Dear Mrs. Hahn,

Dear Mr. Albonio,
The SAP Cloud Platform Internet of Things Service version 4.28.0
introduces major new features and changes. Since some changes require
adaptations of existing clients, only new instances are provided with
the new version, while existing instances are still offered in a
#compatibility mode#. The compatibility mode includes the feature set
of version 4.27.0 plus released patches, thus, you can still use your
existing instance. The documentation for the compatibility mode is not
available in the SAP Help Portal anymore. Please refer to the
documentation attached to this ticket.
Regards,
Danilo Falciglia
After reading the attached documentation I've modified the configuration file config_gateway_mqtt.xml substituting the line:
<cnf:address>https://da04d9f0-2fa8-49b5-ad4a-1cb07b3f5073.eu10.cp.iot.sap:443/1/iot/core/api/v1/tenant/0</cnf:address>
with the following one:
<cnf:address>https://da04d9f0-2fa8-49b5-ad4a-1cb07b3f5073.eu10.cp.iot.sap:443/iot/core/api/v1/</cnf:address>
and now after running the command gateway.bat the IoT Gateway Edge MQTT starts successfully:
14feb 17:01:33,175 [Start Level: Equinox Container: 605d0751-3a54-4c15-a1f1-8a891a640a9e] INFO (Plat1UtilsStarter:261) - +-------------------------------------------------------------+

In the IoT Service Cockpit is now present a second IoT Gateway MQTT with ID=8 wich is Online.
Best Regards.
Luigi Alboino
