Invalid or missing input while Defining Subaccount in SAP Cloud Connector

Hi Everyone, I am trying to define my sub-account in SAP Cloud Connector. But I am getting error.

Can you please help me to make this fix?

I don't know the root cause either... but are you sure that can use that gmail address?

As far as I know, the Universal ID is not allowed here... you need to use the email address, connected to your S-User... see: https://me.sap.com/notes/2877125

which browser are you using? Which JDK? Are there any entries in the ljs_trace file that could give a hint what goes wrong. Did you run a Cloud Connector before on that machine? If so, it will help to clean the Browser cache.
