According to SAP Note: "797147 - Introscope Installation for SAP Customers"
Latest available release on Service Marketplace for Solution Manager 7.20 SP06 is Introscope 10.5

According to SAP Note: "2534316 - Introscope 10.5 Release Notes for changes and open issues" the download path is "https://support.sap.com/swdc -> Software Downloads -> Support Packages and Patches (2nd tab) -> By Category --> SAP Technology Components -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER -> SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.2 -> ...... -> WILY INTROSCOPE -> WILY INTROSCOPE ENTPR MGR 10.5

It's possible to download version 10.1 but unfortunately the section "WILY INTROSCOPE ENTPR MGR 10.5" is not visible on Marketplace.

Why is the download not visible ?

It was located in improper place. Now you can found it with this path.
Here is Note 2534316 - " Introscope 10.5 Release Notes for changes and open issues" for your reference.
