How to access the application deployed on a IBM websphere Commerce server version 5.6 from my SAP NetWeaver Portal EP 6.0 SP 9 .

Hi Jay,
The easiest way is to create a url iview in the portal and point it to the url of the application running on the websphere commerce server.
