Internal Server Error (RWS 00070) occurs when logging in to BI Launchpad for a specific user

We have a user who is unable to login to Business Objects Launchpad , they get the error below:

Internal Server Error (RWS 00070).

In a HTTP trace file below error is seen:

https://hostname/biprws/internal/v1/settings/userpreferences/homepagepreference?pagesize=50&_=170118...

We are using WinAD Auth and SSO to BI, only this particular user is facing this issue.

We are currenlty on SAP 4.3 SP02 Patch 11

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi Asif,

This issue is only for 1 user all all users via Win AD authentication? If this issue is only for 1 user please check in another supported browser and share the results.

If not for all, then please check WACS service and share the logs
