Hi All,
We have an issue.
We are working with stock transport orders (UB) to relocate goods from one plant to the other (different company codes). We have some troubles with picking the prices in the intercompany invoice.
Example:
We have 2 condition records
Condition type PI01- 1.02.2024 - 28.02.2024 = 50 rs
Condition type PI01- 1.03.2024 - 31.03.2024 = 55 rs
For the Open STO PO below is the scenario,
1. the stock transport order is created on 15.02.2024 --> here the price date is 15.02.2024
2. the delivery is created on 15.03.2024 (PGI date 15.03.2024)
3. the intercompany invoice is created. On item level for the condition type PI01 is placed the pricing date 15.02.2024.
Our requirement is, For Open PO which created in February are being delivered and invoiced on March.
So the billing invoice should pick the pricing condition record from delivery date
i,e 15.03.2024 =55rs.
Dear all SAP experts, Please throw some light on this issue as this is an urgent requirement.
FYI,
Copy control maintained in VTFL is,
Price type - B
Price Source - A
thanks for help.
Request clarification before answering.
By default, system will consider billing date which is nothing but Actual Goods Issue date as pricing date in inter company billing. If that is not happening in your case, check the copy control VTFL for the field "Price Source"
