integration with subcontracting cockpit app, for goods issue

We need to generate an integration in sap public cloud, for our customer, with which we can make the goods issues for subcontracting orders.

I can't find a way to associate the creation of the goods issue to the subcontracting order with the subcontracting cockpit app.
