Integration suite trial account -tile disabled

Hi 

I was trying to create Integration trial account ,have assigned the integration provisional role ,I was able to add capabilities but could find any discover, design, monitor in the integration suite. It appears as attached.

I have tried deleting the subscription, relogging still facing same issue (both normal browser and in incognito mode).Please suggest ideas on this.

After adding the capabilities, did you assign the newly available roles to your user as well and did a log-out log-in to pick them up for your session?
