Hi experts,
Would someone know whether is possible to create a case in SAP JAM and assign it back to IBP? The opposite is valid, using Case Mgmt in IBP, not sure if we can trigger the case within JAM.
Cheers,
Gilly

Hi Gilly Barbosa,
Currently, SAP Jam does not appear to have "direct integration" feature with SAP IBP exclusively although it may be possible to develop an interface SAP JAM <--> SAP IBP interface. Please refer diagram `SAP JAM Integrations`, SAP JAM Collaboration Developer Guide for reference.

Sam

Hi Gilly Barbosa,
I am aware, SAP JAM is a collaboration portal by SAP. My question is, what do you mean by `IBP`? Is it SAP Integrated Business Planning?

Sam

Hi dbadmtester
Didn't get you question, have you tried to create a Case in JAM and send it back to IBP?
The opposite it is true, we can create Cases in IBP and send them to SAP JAM
