Integration between Open Connectors and Shopify

Greeting,

I would like to integrate Open Connectors with Shopify. When I create an instance, it redirects to the Shopify page for OAuth2. However, the option to perform this via an app (cloud elements) in the Shopify Store is no longer available.

Could you please guide me on how to establish this integration?

Hi,

I would try executing the oauth flow in another browser to see if there is some compatibility issue with your current browser.

Assuming the above doesn't work, then going by the error, you should probably raise an incident with the Open Connectors component and query if this is expected. I would also check in Shopify if they have a support contact you can confirm if the app is valid and up-to-date or not.

Hi Ahmad, Were you able to succeed with setting up the shopify connector. We are also facing same issue. Please let me know if you have found any solution. Regards
