Integrate SAP CRM WEB UI in BTP Build Work Zone

Hi Folks,

I am trying to Integrate the SAP CRM WEB UI (crm_ui_start) in SAP BTP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition.

Created the Run time destination in the BTP cockpit and created a App with following properties:

App UI Technology: WebClient UI

WebClient Application ID: /bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm

After assigning the App to site, it is reaching to CRM system but not able to load the WEB UI page where user can select the business role.

Please let me know if any configuration is missing.

Hi Rohit, Few Questions. 1. Are you accessing your CRM system via the cloud connector? 2. Do you get the login screen of CRM Web UI? 3. Can you add some screenshots of your destination setup, app setup in the launchpad etc. Please mask anything that should not be publicly visible. Thanks. Julius

Hi Juliuspereira,

Thanks for your reply. Please find the below information:

1. Yes, we are accessing CRM system via Cloud Connector and given the root access for services.

2. Yes we are getting the login screen of CRM system after accessing the App and after authenticating the CRM system it is giving blank page with error attached earlier. Please note we have not enabled the Principal Propogation to see if it is hitting the CRM system.

3. PFA the Runtime destination setup screen shot along with App screen shot created in Build Work Zone site.

And you have chosen paths and all sub paths in the CC correct? Have you also done clickjacking config in your CRM system? I believe that has something to do with the iframe error. Do you see any errors in the network tab? Anyone that is red in color?

Hi Juliuspereira,

Yes, we have chosen paths and all sub paths in the CC.

There is no error in the network tab, error is coming in the Console.

However we have not done any configuration related to clickjacking in the CRM System.

Please let me if there is any help document explaining this configuration for the manual integration of app.

We'll need to see if there is something similar for SAP CRM. 

Meanwhile, can you also do an expert chat with SAP for guidance. I think its worth a shot.
