Integrate Qualtrics with Emarsys through SAP Integration Suite to transmit contacts

Hello community,

I’m new to the SAP Community and would like to ask you about SAP Integration Suite.

I’ve been reading this use case:

and it’s very similar to what we need to implement.

We need to integrate Qualtrics with Emarsys to sync contacts between both platforms, and we’re considering acquiring SAP Integration Suite.

Could you help me understand what happens “inside” the platform — how it connects both systems and handles the integration?
Also, would you happen to know who I can contact to get pricing information for this product?
