Install SAP Portal 7.5 failed

I would like to contact you with a current problem and hope you guys can help us.
 
We are currently trying to install the latest version 7.5 of the SAP portal.
 New installation of a stand-alone portal with the UME (user management engine) in BW.
 
We are currently running BW 7.0 with Portal 7.0.
 
The upgrade of the SAP BW was successful, but we did not get the portal installed or not finally up and running.

The installation is actually successful, but every step afterwards (configuration) ends with an internal error.

Can you maybe help us on the horse?

can you explain a bit more you scenario, did you upgrade both products? were these linked before and after upgrade the portal is not working? Is everything in the portal not working, and if instead something in particular is not working can you detail the steps?

Perhaps upload the trace log of the portal
