Install and Set Up Desktop Agent 3

I am trying to follow the "Install and Set Up Desktop Agent 3" Tutorial.

I initially tried to follow the "Automatically" workflow but I got stuck at Step 2.4 -it will not allow me to add any Username to create a Technical User (tried my username from SAP Build, my email address, just a standard String, nothing works):

I believe my user has the correct Role Collections:

So I gave up on following that workflow and now I'm following the "Manually" workflow. I was able to install the Desktop Agent but I cannot Activate the Tenant or see my Agent in Control Tower > Agents.

• After I click to Activate the Tenant it opens up the Edge browser without any URL.
• So I copy & paste the Tenant URL
• It takes me to the login page but wont accept my credentials and doesn't log in automatically 

Tenant shows as Unregistered:

This was resolved. It was a credentials issue
