Inquiry on Adding Customer Names in V_AISAPCUSTNOS

I am in the process of setting up a new Solution Manager to replace our current system, which will soon be decommissioned. As part of this migration, I have selectively transferred customer data from the legacy V_AISAPCUSTNOS table. However, while adding customer users, I am unable to retain the additional column information.

I came across SAP Note 1409328, "Customer Names in V_AISAPCUSTNOS," but I am unclear about the procedure for adding customer names. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

If you have activated the multiple customer scenario or maintained SAP Customer Numbers in view V_AISAPCUSTNOS, the following data will be additionally downloaded to SAP Solution Manager:

• SAP customer numbers
• If you are the value-added resellers or customer centers of expertise, this report will download the customer numbers and their descriptions which have a relationship (VAR or CCC) with your customer number in SAP backbone. The data will be saved to view V_AISAPCUSTNOS.
• If the generation of business partner is enabled, this job generates Business Partners of organizations for the corresponding customer numbers. The customer names are maintained into these Business Partners by this job.
