Inplace upgrade to SAP Data Services 4.3

We are planning to upgrade SAP DS, so we need your assistance. 

Environment:
==========                                                 

IPS 4.2 SP09 Patch 600
SAP Data Services 4.2 SP14 PATCH 18
Database Version: Oracle 19c.
Operating system: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Release 7.9 (Maipo)
Microsoft SQL Server: DIGITS
IBM DB2: 7.5

1. Can we go ahead with in-place upgrade Data Services 4.3 SP03 in the current environment? If yes, please suggest your input.
2. When do we need to upgrade SAP Data Services 4.2 SP14 to Data Services? 4.3 SP03: Do we need to download the entire software or any upgrade patch? 
3. When we need to upgrade IPS 4.2 SP09 to IPS 4.3 SP04, do we need to download the entire software or any upgrade patches?
4. If possible, please specify the required software to download for the upgrade from SAP Data Services 4.2 SP14 to Data Services 4.3 SP03. 
5. If possible, please share the software download direct link for DS 4.3 SP03.
6. If possible, please share the software download link for IPS 4.2 SP09 and support patch.
7. Please suggest that the that the below-specified steps are correct for an upgrade in the in-place environment and give some details for the upgrade.
   1. Upgrade IPS from 4.2 SP09 to 4.3 SP04
   2. Upgrade DS from 4.2 SP14 to 4.3 SP03.
   3. Upgrade the repository manager from 4.2 SP14 to 4.3 SP03.
   4. Upgrade local from 4.2 SP14 to 4.3 SP03
   5. Upgrade finished.

Inplace upgrade of data services is possible in RHEL 8.10 environment.

Please make sure the versions are compatible from the documentation-  Data Services PAM 4.3 and IPS and DS compatibility matrix
