InfoView Page Layout Preferences

Hi All,

When I logged into the InfoView of XI3.1 and would like to set the general preferences InfoView Page Layout I am not able to do it.

I could see the Folder structure in the Enterprise and if I select any folder I could not see "OK" button enabled.

I would like to know how this preference works.
