Information Design Tool - Fails to connect with BO Server

Hello Community,

I am trying to connect IDT with BO server 4.1 but I am getting the following error:

 Error:
Failed to log on host "abc-abcd:6400", user "administrator", Could not reach CMS 'abc-abcd:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)


Cause of Error

Few Things I tried to resolve the issue are:

1. Port 6400 is open on server.
2. Firewall is completely switched off on server and my local PC, so it's not a firewall issue too.
3. Referred - Tried all the mentioned suggestion but the issue remains the same.

Hi All,

Some how in fixing the above issue - BO server went down, our Basis Team is fixing the issue. Will update once server is back online.
