Infopackage not fetching data

Hi friends,

I have to load my 0equipment master data.

I have scheduled infopackage however it is not fetching data and the status is in red.

Attached is the screenshot for your reference

Hi,

Try to run the datasource in source system using RSA3 and see is it extracting any records.

If yes, then check the tRFC in source system and forcefully push it to populate the delta queue.

You need to check the log details in BW and point out what making the request red.

The problem was with Transactional RFC (SM58). Basis team resolved it.
