Is this the first time you are loading the data to 0Equipment??
Mostly this kind of errors could be caused by Inactive/Incorrect port number setting in BW partner profile Maintenance.
You can check this in T-code: WE20 -> Partner Type LS and select your source and target system connections.
This can be fixed by your Basis team.

Hi,
Try to run the datasource in source system using RSA3 and see is it extracting any records.
If yes, then check the tRFC in source system and forcefully push it to populate the delta queue.
You need to check the log details in BW and point out what making the request red.
