We have stopped using and maintaining outline agreements a few years ago.
The outline agreements are all expired but I still have a couple of vendors that when I assign material to them and process requisitions, the info record is still picking up price from expired outline agreement instead of the most recent purchase order price. I always have to pull up the most recent order and update the PO price manually before issuing it out. I even deleted all the lines in the expired outline agreement but that didn't change anything at all.
I already submitted a ticket to our IT department. They're suggesting that I use T-code ME12 to change the value for the info record. Aside from this being tedious having to update 100 info records one at a time, I'm more interested on what's causing the info record to keep picking up expired OA price for these two specific vendors
Request clarification before answering.
