Index Consultant Clarification

SQL Anywhere 12.0.1.3519

I ran the index consultant on my application and it came back with no recommended index's. Looking at the Request Tab there are 7 columns. 3 of them are: Before After Difference

What are these? I see in this table several queries that have very large differences. For example: Before : 9526592 After: 40.48 Is this indicating that I can get a better index strategy on this statement?

If an index would definitely help it would have been recommended to you, anway you can try specific queries with the Plan viewer and play around with the introduction of indexes by yourself.
