Include Legacy Text Editor in SAP GUI 8.0 installation package

Hi!

I have created an installation package for the SAP GUI 8.0 (64 bit) and want to include further components like the Legacy Text Editor into the package. My goal is to send someone one installation package .exe which will then install the GUI as well as the editor automatically. I downloaded the Legacy Text Editor .exe and have prepared everything else for the SAP GUI installation itself. Even after some googling and reading the help documents, I have no idea how to accomplish this.

I actually found the solution (after a lot of search before asking here) right after posting the question ...

For anyone who has the same question: You can download an installer .exe for the Legacy Editor from the SAP Homepage and then add it to the package creator as a component by using "Patch Server". The editor will then be available in the component menu.
