Hi - what is the context? Was the incident created in Solution Manager? You can usually get it from the workcenter/authorizations assigned to you

Table CRMD_ORDERADM_H stores the incident numbers of created objects (field OBJECT_ID). The number is retrieved from number range object CRM_INCDNT.
