In my BTP trial account trust configuration option missing
Request clarification before answering.
I tried booster- Subscribe to 'Get Started with SAP Build Apps' and it automatically creates 'Trust'. It enables both SAP Build Apps and SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition services. It worked for me!

They changed to a new version of Trust which has broken stuff for trial accounts and other things. Have already made a ticket about the latter, will include this.
