In Fiori Element Screen CREATE operation of child entities is not working

Hi all,

We have created a Fiori element screen for our API. So earlier everything was working fine. But a couple of days ago, we observed that the CREATE operation of child entities was not working. CREATE is visible on screen, so while clicking on CREATE nothing is happening, and there are no call logs under the network tab of the developers tool while clicking on CREATE. And also, we don't have any recent code changes. We have implemented Draft with early numbering and its type of unmanaged implementation. How It is not working all of sudden. Does anyone face this issue, or can someone help with this issue??

And in console while loading the screen, I am getting the below errors.
