important field (customer name) is not displayed in every process

Hello Community,

during the analysis in SAP Insights, we noticed that the customer names are displayed in one process but not in another. For example, the customer names are displayed in the finance-to-pay process, but the field with the customer name remains empty in the lead-to-cash process. Could the reason for this be that two different fields are queried when retrieving data from the ERP? How can I see which field is retrieved in the respective field and is it possible to “reload” the required customer name in lead-to-cash in SAP Insights?

Does anyone have an idea why the customer names are not displayed and how the problem can be solved?

Hi Christine,

that sounds like you have to open a customer ticket for this to investigate. This is unusual behaviour. You should also see texts for the the sales process flows when looking at Sold-to party (KUNNR).
