My new model on schedule has all of sudden failing with this error.

Import to model ended unexpectedly: Error code: 5021

and I do not receive notification of refresh failures by email

It worked well up until last Friday. Made no changes.

When selecting the run import option, go to change settings and check if the "Update Local Dimensions with New Members" option is unchecked, here I had the same problem when this option was checked, when I disabled it it worked correctly!

Hi, Good Night. I'm with problem in import data, is occurring the error mentioned above. The load was made by excel file. The user access in model is full control, but role is planning standard. I with admin acess can do the normal load. I couldn't understand why this error occurs with his user.

Hi Parimala,

I would look at the Cloud Connector log files as a start and see what the issue is .

Perhaps certificates have expired .

This appears to happen only to New models. Classic models are working just fine.

I have to refresh all the steps (preparing data, mapping, review import, run import) and it works.
