Import HANA 1.0 DATABASE TO HANA 2.0

Hello All.

I'm beginner with SAP HANA and I'm practicing.

I have a trial dababase in SAP Cloud platform Cockpit (HANA 1.0) connected via eclipse, and I have a HANA Express VM and I'm created an HDI container in SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA (HANA 2.0) (Embedded in HANA Express.) The question is: how can I import tables from HANA 1.0 database to an HDI container in SAP Web IDE for SAP HANA?

Please Search for HANA import/export schema kind of things to move tables and also search for migration just to understand things better.
